Existing Bath & dressing room

The disjointed combination of spaces were only accessible through a guest bedroom. While the walk-in closet was spacious, the lack of a closet system reduced the functionality. The tub and shower system were very outdated and the space just didn’t meet the growing families needs.

Existing Hall Bath

The narrow bath had a battle of doors as it was accessible from both the hallway as well as an adjacent bedroom. The tight space was simply not working for the families multiple children. The lack of storage and old fixtures were in dire need of a change.

Bath and closet

The existing bath and dressing room were divided into a spacious bath and closet. Both feature custom inset cabinetry. The bath needed accessibility from the guest room and the bedroom which previously connected to the hall bath. A standing tub, walk-in shower and a dual vanity transformed the former haphazard space to one of luxury. The closet is now an organized space which highlights prized fashions.

Hall Bath

The hall bath maintained it’s square footage but changes to the design made it feel more spacious. The second door to the bedroom was removed and the custom floating vanity provided much needed storage. A tankless toilet and curbless shower with a single panel of glass helped to simplify the space.
