Oxfordshire Renovation

The Oxfordshire Renovation included a kitchen, laundry, and basement. The home, which was built with steel construction, basement level was unfinished. The space planning challenge came with the fixed location of lally columns, steel girders, and plumbing hook-ups as well as a sump pump, all on a slab foundation. The homeowners wanted to incorporate a guest bedroom, a full bath, family room with an efficiency kitchen, an office, home theater as well as a home gym.

Chadwyck Modern Renovation

Chadwyck Farms | Charlotte, North Carolina

The Chadwyck Modern Renovation took a compartmentalized traditional residence and dramatically transformed the space into a modern and open home. The scope included the removal of a redundant staircase, construction of a large kitchen with waterfall Cambria countertops, new windows through-out, and a custom steel and glass front entry. The renovation was awarded a 2021 NC Home Builders Association Star Award for the builder, Alair Homes Charlotte.

Hertford Addition

Myers Park | Charlotte, North Carolina

A second floor was construction on an existing rear addition, which added a new master suite. The existing first level addition was converted into multiple rooms which included a half bath, laundry with a crafting space as well as a home office. A narrow hallway and bath were revised to seamlessly tie together the existing home and rear addition. The hallway also featured cased arches, which enabled the homeowners accessibility between the kitchen and living room, spaces which were previously unaccessible from one another.

Red Fox Trail Renovation

Foxcroft | Charlotte, North Carolina

The Red Fox Trail Renovation reshaped two outdated baths and a closet into luxurious modern interiors. The narrow hall bath gained a walk-in shower and floating vanity. While the size of the space was not altered the renovation completely revitalized the space. The second bath and closet previously compartmentalized layout were reformed to create a stunning bath with multiple entries and a custom closet with multiple storage options for the homeowners extraordinary wardrobe.
